These Rules must be followed, or you may risk a ban.

1 - General
1.1 - Any accusations of some sorts whatsoever, against anyone as players or staff members with no evidence proving that, it's a ban able offence.
1.2 -From the moment you got banned, you have 1 week to make a ban appeal and to find evidence suggesting that the ban was a mistake, if you could not provide it, your ban will not be lifted. If you give evidence proving that the ban was faulty, then ban will be lifted. (Ban appeal section).

2 - Nickname
2.1 - The use of generic, abusive or hateful name is totally proscribed for obvious reasons of respect and moderation. Although a warning will automatically appear in the server's welcome notification for each connection, a warning will be sent by a GM if the name is not changed. If after that, still no change is made GM will carry out a ban.
2.2 - Do not use any generic NickName: LumaEmu, 3DMGAME, KTLA_Player.
2.3 - Impersonating a GM or any other staff member is a ban able offence.
2.4 - Do not use ~, or any other type of weird characters (☠ ☮ ☯ ♤ Ω ♤ ♧ ♧ ♥ ♡ ♢ ♢ ♔ ♕ ♚ ) in your name.

3 - Chat
3.1 - It’s requested to speak in english on the chat, in deference to the other players and the GM’s moderation.
3.2 - No spam, advertising, insults, or troll are tolerated in the chat. After a warning, the GM could ban repeat offenders.
3.3 - Talk about religion or politics, in order to impose a vision, a lifestyle or to denigrate someone is absolutely prohibited.
(Respectful discussion, for example, about a religious celebration or an inoffensive joke are not take in count).

4 - Bug Exploit, Cheats, Building
4.1 - Any cheating, glitches, data changes or third program will lead to a ban without notice if we have concrete evidence.
4.2 - DO NOT Build a base blocking the road and the surrounding areas (Blocking the road and a surrounding is allowed as long as players and cars can pass through), blocking off an entire part of the map for cars. and DO NOT build a huge wall around a persons base, blocking them from playing. Also DO NOT build floating bases, as they go against the rule of physics & are basically unraidable. These bases will be removed any time a GM wishes too remove them.
