Am i banned?

Don't no what happened yesterday i cant login to ark server when m trying to login its showing

whats is this and am i banned?if it is then whats the reason?and how long it will be, please help me

Try loging again might have been a problem with your internet if it doesnt help try making a new steam account and redownloading spacewar and recrack it
